Bali Blue Coffee Beans, Medium-Dark Roast

Bali Blue is a medium-dark roast coffee with a rich tasting profile of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, this coffee comes from Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties cultivated at 1200–1600 meters in volcanic loam soil and hand picked, wet-hulled, then dried on raised beds.
